My personal counselling framework to relight your authentic shine consist of 3 vital pillars:
Explore
With your counsellor, you will explore both current and past issues. There will likely be themes or patterns that emerge. Through psychodynamic tools, the unconscious will be brought to light — which often reveals the root of the present issue(s).
Empower
Your counsellor is your guide and will help you put the pieces together so that you can gain greater awareness. This new level of insight is empowering, as it helps you feel more in control. The main focus is for you to gain insight with the support of your counsellor, thereby increasing your confidence and sense of empowerment.
Embody
From exploring your experiences to empowering you with new insights, psychodynamic counselling supports you in embodying real transformation. By working through unconscious patterns and deeply rooted emotions, you’ll integrate these changes into your daily life. This allows you to live with greater authenticity, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to your true self.
