Motherhood and breaking generational patterns

This is exactly what lead me to becoming a qualified psychotherapist. When I became a mum I started to see things differently, I looked back and questioned everything, because now I had a new level of awareness, I saw my childhood differently through the lens of what would I do and not do as a mum.

Not only this, but I also recognised and realised that I was far from perfect and I had my own emotional baggage that I had been carrying for years. I knew that if i didn’t Unpack my past that i would unintentionally pass my own patterns down to my son and that’s where my own personal therapy journey began. That’s why I love to support Mum’s. I have many blogs around motherhood and mental health. click here to explore these.

My first book Unpack your emotional baggage is a great starting point to understanding yourself and breaking generational patterns.
