When I had my son I knew that I needed to Unpack not just for me but for him to. As Mums we often unintentionally pass down our emotional baggage to our children.
I finally woke up & realised that I was the common denominator in the negative situations that I often found myself in.
I didn’t know how but I knew I needed to break this pattern.
After years of personal therapy & a search for answers, I broke my own patterns by “Unpacking” my past, & then decided to train as a counsellor. Now, I support many women & mothers who are ready to break free of their past, & create a better future for themselves and their children.
