A Relaxing SEN-Friendly Spot in Cheadle, Staffordshire. “The Snug Stay and Play”

Over the summer holidays, I had the joy of visiting The Snug Stay and Play in Cheadle with my SEN son, and it was such a lovely experience.

From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming and family-focused.

My son couldn’t get enough of the train tracks, completely lost in imaginative play, while I could relax in a calm, friendly environment. The café serves a variety of food and drinks, making it easy for parents to take a moment for themselves while their children explore safely.

As someone who is passionate about supporting mums, I donated a copy of my book, Unpack Your Emotional Baggage™: Heal Your Past, Create Your Future, to The Snug. 💜

I wanted to give the mums visiting the space the chance to read it and find some guidance. Therapy isn’t always accessible for everyone, and my book offers gentle, practical support for busy mums, or anyone looking to begin their healing journey.

Visiting The Snug reminded me how important it is to have spaces where both children and parents feel supported. Whether you’re looking for a calm place for your child to play, a friendly environment to meet other parents, or simply a moment to breathe, The Snug Stay and Play is a wonderful spot to visit.

Unpack Your Emotional Baggage™ is out now on Amazon! 📚
